Applications are now open for NEET UG-2023

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) Undergraduate (UG) 2023 exam will be held in a single stage and will be a pen and paper-based objective type test. The exam duration will be 200 minutes or 3 hours and 20 minutes.

NEET-UG 2023 exam will be conducted for admission to undergraduate medical courses in India.

To be eligible for NEET-UG 2023, students must have completed their 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects. The candidate's age should be at least 17 years as of 31st December of the year of admission.

The test pattern of NEET-UG 2023 comprises four sections, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology. Each subject will consist of two sections, Section A with 35 questions and Section B with 15 questions, out of which candidates can choose to attempt any 10 questions. The total number of questions and utilization of time will remain the same. The total marks for the exam will be 720, and for each correct response, candidates will be awarded four (+4) marks. However, for each incorrect response, one mark (-1) will be deducted from the total score.

The admission criteria for NEET-UG 2023 will be based on the candidate's score in the NEET exam and the rank obtained in the All India Rank list. The exam will be conducted in several languages, including Hindi, English, Gujarati, Marathi, Odia, Bengali, Assamese, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Urdu, Malayalam, and Punjabi.

The last date of application to NEET-UG-2023 is 6th April. And the date of exam is 7th May
